My actual choice was phasing cloak (from TNG episode The Pegasus)
The warp drive is by far the most impressive invention by star trek. It begs the dream of every science nerd out there to explore dis wonderful universe and finally see alien worlds and possibly alien civilizations. I hope this happens in my lifetime.
